Charité BIH Entrepreneurship Summit, Berlin, May 8 - 9, 2017
The 10th Charité BIH Entrepreneurship Summit was held on May 8-9 2017 in Berlin. Fitting this anniversary, the new brand name ‘Charité BIH Entrepreneurship Summit’ pointed out the outstanding support of the Berlin Institute of Health (BIH) over the last years - and it was a huge success!
Against this background, we would like thank every participant and attendee for their great contributions to and active roles at our event! Please follow this link to get some great impressions of the Summit.
We hosted over 415 international medical entrepreneurs, innovators, investors, physicians, and scientists from around the world! A special thanks go to the 65 outstanding summit speakers who actively participated over two days in 6 panel sessions, 4 workshops and the LifeSciences VentureMarket.
One of this year’s highlights was our special collaboration with Israel as a partner country. We had the opportunity to feature Israeli startups in life sciences and medicine and invited some outstanding business leaders who proudly represented Israel and its innovation culture.
The 2017 LifeSciences VentureMarket was truly international and uncovered talents from Israel, Denmark, the US, and Germany. We appreciate the great support of our long-term partners Peppermint VenturePartners and Berlin Partner as well as all of our other wonderful partners.
We would like to express a very special thank you to the amazing Summit moderator, John Hession, whose jazzy and outstanding energy set the tone of the 2017 Charité BIH Entrepreneurship Summit.
We are very thankful to our sponsors Thermo Fisher SCIENTIFIC, High-Tech Gründerfonds, SANOFI and the Embassy of the State of Israel in Berlin.
